Star Ruby

Star Ruby grapefruits are globular and slightly flattened, growing to a size of 15 centimeters in diameter and 12 centimeters in height. Their rind is yellow-orange with a blush of rose indicating ripeness. Star Ruby grapefruit has the darkest flesh of all the red grapefruit varieties.
